Baba Ramdev to launch yatra from Dwarka on 24th August

    On 24th of August, Yoga guru Baba Ramdev is going to launch his nation-wide movement against corruption. He has fixed Janmashtami festival as the day to start his Bharat Swabhiman Janjagriti Yatra, a mission for national pride, from Dwarka. The main objective of this drive is to instil a sense of national pride among citizens of this country and sensitise them to the evil of corruption in governance, achieve self-reliance in agriculture and cottage industry of villages.
    In its first phase, the yatra will cover 300 districts across the country including those in Gujarat. On the inaugural day of the yatra at Dwarka temple, Baba Ramdev will conduct yoga camp from 5am to 7.30 am, apart from addressing a taluka and village level general meeting in the afternoon.
Baba Ramdev has selected 100 villages across the country which he will be personally visiting during the drive. Apart from Dwarka, he is also scheduled to make a day-long visit to Junagadh in September, when he will conduct a camp.
